The service

FutPro is an entertainment website offering a free football game — career simulation, minigames and related content — that runs directly in your browser. By using the site you accept these terms; if you don't agree, simply don't use it.

Allowed and prohibited use

The site is offered for personal, non-commercial use. You can play, share your results and cards, and link to any page. It is not allowed to:

  • Attempt to damage, disrupt or overload the service.
  • Extract the site or its contents on a massive, automated basis (scraping).
  • Pass off the game, its code or its materials as your own.
  • Use the site for illegal activities or activities contrary to these terms.

Intellectual property and fictional content

The names of legends, clubs, leagues and competitions appearing in the game are used solely for identification and reference purposes within a game context. Ratings and attributes are our own editorial estimates, not official data, and every simulated season is fiction: results are not meant to represent real events.

This site is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any player, club, league or federation, nor by any other game or brand. Third-party graphics and audio assets are used according to their licenses and are credited on the credits page.

The game is provided "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make it work well on any device, but we don't promise continuous availability or the absence of errors. Progress is saved on your device and can be lost if you clear your browser data.

Advertising

The site is funded by third-party ads (for example, Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of the ads or of the sites they link to.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site: loss of progress, service interruptions or decisions made based on the content.

Changes to the terms
